Corrections and contributions
If an entry is wrong, incomplete, or missing a source, we would rather hear it than not.
What is useful
- A citation
- A paper, patent or thesis we should be pointing at.
- A photograph
- An instrument, a console or a drawing office, with permission to publish.
- A correction
- A date, a name, an attribution that has been muddled elsewhere.
Write to the editors and say which entry you are writing about. Corrections are made on the entry itself; where a change alters the substance of a claim, the entry says so.
Note We do not publish contributed articles, and we do not take sponsored entries. Supporters are listed on the homepage and have no say in what appears.
